AirAsia offers 80% discount for two days

KUALA LUMPUR: To celebrate the record of flying 13 million passengers, AirAsia is offering a two-day promotion – fares for all seats in flights to all destinations it serves will be sold at an 80% discount.

AirAsia executive vice president (commercial) Kathleen Tan said that it was an amazing achievement for the airlines to attract 13 million passengers during its four-year operation.

“With our low fares, we have made flying very affordable and it’s truly gratifying to see how AirAsia has made flying a reality and not just a dream.

“Our two-day special promotion is just our way of saying a big thank you. We are very encouraged and will continue to offer more low fares so everyone can fly,” she said in a statement yesterday.

Tickets must be bought today or tomorrow for travel from Friday to Oct 20.

To buy the tickets, the public can call the nationwide call centre at 1300 88 9933 (within Malaysia) or 603-7884 9000 (outside Malaysia), buy online at www.airasia.com or walk in to AirAsia airport sales counters and town sales offices.

The offer is not applicable on flights to or from Macau, Bali and Surabaya.
