Actually it's quite easy.. just register an acct at www.blogger.com & create a blog there. They do provide online helps.
Anyway, I'm free to help if you have any question.

I think maybe the username u select already existed in their server. Try use other username to register again.
Once you registered, u can do anything or better than mine.
i also tried 2 use other the name but still cant
so i cant give any opinion to my friend:(

1) Sign up at http://www.blogger.com/signup.g
2) Verify your email
3) Create blog
